The Mountain Grove Physical Therapy Specialists Clinic opened in its current location in 1998 and features approximately 3,000 square feet of space, which includes:
• individual treatment rooms
• speech therapy rooms
• an occupational therapy area
• a spacious rehabilitation gym
• office space

The Mountain Grove clinic is one of only 9 facilities in Missouri that offers MedX spine testing and strengthening equipment. The West Plains clinic location offers MedX as well. Many of the clinical staff members at PTSC have received MedX certification through on-site education at the University of Florida. From Springfield, take Mo. Hwy. 60 east to the Mo. Hwy. 95 exit in Mountain Grove. Go south on Mo. Hwy. 95 approximately 1/4 miles. The PTSC building is on the left (east) of Hwy. 95.

From West Plains and other points south
From West Plains, take Mo. Hwy. 63 north to Mo. Hwy. 60 west in Willow Spring. Go approximately 20 miles on Mo. Hwy. 60. Exit onto Mo. Hwy. 95 south in Mountain Grove. Go south on Mo. Hwy. 95 approximately 1/4 miles. The PTSC building is on the left (east) of Hwy. 95.

From Lebanon and other points north
From Lebanon, take Mo. Hwy. 5 south to Hartville. Continue on Hwy. 5 to Mo. Hwy. 60. Near Mansfield, take Mo. Hwy. 60 east to Mountain Grove. In Mountain Grove, exit onto Hwy. 95 south. Go approximately 1/4 mile. The PTSC building is on the left (east) of Hwy. 95.
