PTSC will host their 5th Annual Celebrity Dinner on March 29th at 6pm at the West Plains Opera House. Come watch local "celebrities" as they sing favorite hits in hopes of becoming the next "Singing Celebrities" star. The night will include dinner, entertainment, a silent and live auction and the awarding of 8 scholarships to local students. All proceeds benefit the PTSC Memorial Scholarship Foundation. It's a night you don't want to miss!

The PTSC Memorial Scholarship Foundation awards nine $1,000 scholarships to area high school seniors and one $1,000 scholarship to an individual seeking a careeer in law enforcement. Applicants must reside in Carter, Howell, Wright, Oregon, Shannon or Texas counties.
Scholarships have been established in the name of Megan Spence, Julie McGoldrick, Tyler Simer, Kyle Gilliam, Cynthia Holloway-Coatney, Julie Douglass, Marisa Hathcock-Spalding,
Christel AraSmith-Chester, and Nathan Murphy.
Dig for a Cure began in 2008 to help raise awareness and funding for breast cancer research. PTSC hosted Dig for a Cure at a Grizzly and a Panther volleybally game. In 2009, $500 was donated to the Susan G. Komen Foundation and $500 was donated to Relay for Life. In 2010, $800 was donated to the Susan G. Komen Foundation and Howell and Wright Relay for Life.

PTSC has hosted the Grizzly Basketball Classic for 15 years and always has exciting halftime entertainment and activities. PTSC is proud to support the Grizzly Athletics program.

PTSC participates in both Howell County & Wright County's Relay for Life every year and provides a business sponsorship to the event. PTSC staff raises funds for each Clinic team independently through bake sales, selling lunches, holding car washes, and more!

This tournament is in honor of a young lady who was a member of the MSU-WP Grizzly Volleyball team. All proceeds from the even are added to the endowment of the Mynde Tarter Scholarship through Missouri State University-West Plains.
